Family-friendly idyll down to the bathing lake

Do you need to completely relax in the middle of nature during your vacation - in complete peace and quiet? Then you now have the chance to rent our beautiful red cottage in Småland with direct access to the bathing lake from its own jetty and beach. Built in 1969, the house has running water from a drilled well, electricity, heat pump and modern conditions. It is located in a forest with a few neighbors at a proper distance. Nearby: Isaberg Mountain resort (90 min), High Chaparral, Store Mosse National Park, Tyraholm Fish Restaurant, Halmstad. The space The cottage is located in the forest, in a clearing on a small hilltop overlooking the lake to the west and access to a newly built large sauna (wood-fired). The lake is about 1 km long and 500 m wide, and is a fishing lake. There are 1-2 sup boards, small rowboat for 2 people and an adult kayak including a life jacket for free use. There are 3 bedrooms including new annex with good beds - one 180 cm wide double bed, 1 bunk bed (suitable best for children), 3 mattresses in the loft and in a separate newer annex: one 140 cm box spring in addition to 2 mattresses in the loft. The house is best suited for max 6 adults and 2-4 children. Important: remember to bring your own duvets, pillows, linens, sheets, towels, dish cloths and dishcloths as we have no washing machine available in the house. There is also a newer shelter next to the house, with room for 4 people. Remember to bring sleeping mats for shelter. In the main house, there is a large living room with a ceiling that can be opened and an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (but without a dishwasher) and a bathroom (toilet, simple shower and a toilet that you have to pull and release). There is a small fridge in the kitchen, and a larger fridge/freezer in the shed that can be turned on if needed. For the kids, there is a large trampoline and ladder golf, and inside board games, puzzles and card games, as well as a large box Lego and other toys. Guest access There's a gate where you need a code to enter the private road. There is room for 2-3 cars on the property, but no possibility to charge electric cars. Other things to note Remember to bring bed linen, sheets, towels, (many) dishcloths, dishcloths and toilet paper. There are only duvets and pillows for 4 people in the house. There are some spices and oil in the house for cooking. If you take the last one, please refill for the next guests! There's firewood in the woodshed next to the house. Pets are not allowed.
