The space The space is composed of six independent villas with total capacity for up to 32 guests, in addition to private common areas for living in front of the sea. The complex has four small villas, designed for two people. Each one has a room with a king size bed, bathroom inside the room, AC, closet, Smart TV and direct beach access. In addition, each villa includes a small living room with very comfortable mats, designed mainly for children or young people. Each of these villas also has a kitchen equipped with a stove, a coffee maker, basic utensils and a breakfast bar, ideal for preparing simple and light meals during the stay. In addition, the complex has two larger townhouse villas that can accommodate up to eight people each. These homes offer a very comfortable layout for families or groups. Downstairs is the main room with a king size bed and en suite bathroom. On the upper floor there are two additional rooms: one with a king bed and one with two double beds, plus an additional full bathroom that these rooms share. One of the biggest attractions of Bahía Colibrí is that when booking the entire complex, all common areas are left exclusively for your group. This allows you to enjoy the place with total privacy and tranquility. The space features a swimming pool, lounge chairs and umbrellas, garden games, an outdoor shower, chairs and tables, as well as a barbecue and freezer, which are perfect for socializing and outdoor dining while enjoying the relaxed beach atmosphere. Although the setting is quiet and perfect for disconnecting, the entire complex has high speed wifi for those who need to stay connected during their stay. *NOTE FROM HOST* Bahía Colibrí can accommodate up to 32 guests in total, making it an ideal space for family gatherings, travel with friends, or group celebrations. The complex has beds for 24 people distributed in the rooms of the villas. In addition, each of the small villas has a living room with very comfortable mattresses, designed mainly for children or young people, that allow to accommodate up to 8 additional guests and thus reach the maximum capacity of the complex. Guest access When you book, you will have exclusive access to the four small villas—Villa Ballena, Villa Tucán, Villa Tequila, and Villa Desierto—as well as to the cottages, Villa Café and Villa Gaviotas, designed for groups of 8 people. The entire complex will be just for your group, guaranteeing privacy and comfort during your stay. You can enjoy every corner of the property, with a terrace in each room—an ideal spot to take in the stunning views of the bay and the beach. All outdoor areas will also be at your disposal: pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, outdoor shower, toilet, chairs, tables, barbecue and campfire area (ask about availability and conditions of use). Bahía Colibrí is the perfect setting to live, relax and create unforgettable memories in front of the Sea of Cortez. *Host tip* We highly recommend renting a car, which will give you more comfort to move from Bahía Colibrí to La Paz and visit the most famous beaches in the area, such as Balandra and El Tecolote. Other things to note Bahía Colibrí is located in El Centenario, just 25 minutes from downtown La Paz and its boardwalk, and 15 minutes from the international airport. For this reason, we highly recommend renting a car, which will give you greater comfort to move around and visit the most famous beaches in the area, such as Balandra and Tecolote. -------------------------------------------------------- La Paz is a beautiful city located in the desert, so during the summer temperatures can be high. It is important to note that, at the municipal level, occasional blackouts may occur during this season, as well as natural phenomena such as storms or hurricanes between August and October. These are situations beyond our control, but we will always do our best to support you and provide assistance during your stay. El Centenario, where Bahía Colibrí is located, is a 25-minute drive from downtown La Paz and the boardwalk. It is part of the municipality of La Paz, so the same conditions apply to this area. In addition, in Baja California Sur, water is a very valuable resource. Fortunately, we have not had any supply problems in our area, but we kindly ask you to use water consciously and responsibly.
