The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and hassle-free stay – whether you are here for vacation, work or a weekend visit. 🅿️ We have a parking space right next to the front door. And our backyard is secured with high fences, code lock, floodlights and camera surveillance! (See below pictures! NB! You must report that you need parking for it to be valid and pay in advance on the spot. By opening the window you can enjoy the view of the fjord while planning the day's experiences. Here you live in a quiet part of the city center, with walking distance to restaurants, shopping, cultural events, football games, concerts and the city's most popular attractions. Trondheim Central Station is only 1 minute walk away. It is easy to get around by public transport, car, bicycle, electric scooter or on foot.☀️ 🏠 About the apartment: This tasteful top apartment of about 25 m² is located on the 4th floor of the building, with both elevator and stairs for easy access. The apartment is perfect for up to 3 people and is designed for max utilization and comfort. 🔑 Check-in: You will receive a digital key code before arrival – no physical check in or check out necessary. With the Unlock app you have digital access to all the doors you need and don't need to meet the host for check-in or check-out! 🛏️ Bedrooms and living: • Bed facing the fjord, with comfortable double bed (160 × 200 cm) The beds are of course made and ready for your arrival. • Possibility of extra bed (3 guests in total, must be notified in advance, cost NOK 500). • Access to a cot, high chair, children's cutlery, drawing stuff, etc. (must be notified in advance). Extra cost 250.- per bed. 👨‍🍳 Kitchen: Fully equipped with everything you need: stove, fridge, kettle, microwave, coffee machine and most of the kitchenware for both everyday and cozy meals. 🛁 Bathrooms: Tiled and warm bathroom with washing machine, iron and ironing board – everything you need for a longer stay. 💡 Practical information: 🛜 Free high-speed Wi-Fi 🛜 • Ample storage space and own bike parking • Beds made and towels ready upon arrival • Cleaning is included – you only need to remove the bed linen on departure and bring the garbage that is thrown down in your own garbage room. ⏰ Early check-in / late check-out: By appointment, we can adjust in/out a bit, but due to logistics with cleaning help and other guests, we can usually not promise anything more. 🛄Luggage storage: We can sometimes, by prior arrangement, store luggage from 12:00 on the check-in day if the cleaning logistics allow this. Check-in and check-out are easy via digital door solutions – without the need to meet the host. Other things to note 🛌 Beds and equipment The apartment initially has a double bed, but a comfortable extra single bed can be added so that the capacity is 3 adults and 1 infant (-1 year) with a cot on request. ⛑️ First aid kit is in the bathroom cabinet. Fire blanket is located above the kitchen fittings. Fire extinguisher in the cabinet by the bed. Familiarize yourself with where these are, emergency exits and fire procedures for the building that are hanging in the exit.❤️‍🩹 🚨Security: 🚨 The apartment is connected to the Alarm Center from Sector with both burglary and fire monitoring. What looks like a camera in the corner of the living room is a sensor for smoke and heat, not a camera! In the event of an alarm, security personnel from the company and possibly the police will come to the apartment! The apartment is equipped with a ceiling-mounted central fire extinguishing system for the entire building. Directly connected to the fire department in case of triggered alarm.
