Enjoy a book or your favorite movie next to the gas fireplace. A large front yard with lake access. Cooking is available on the cabin's outdoor gas grill. Free parking right next to the cabin for easy unloading of luggage. The Cozy Knik Lake Cabin is a smoke free property. No smoking in the cabin or on the property. Absolutely No pets. While a few guests are welcome no parties. Guest access An easy 15-minute drive from Wasilla on Knik Goose Bay Rd. which is paved and maintained year-round. Next door to the Knik Museum and walking or boating distance to the Knik Bar. There are excellent restaurants on Knik Goose Bay Road and in Wasilla such as: Meta and Rose, Settlers Bay, Basil Ginger, and Grape Tap. Crema is my favorite Coffee and Pastry Shop and I hear Grizzly Grounds is also delicious. There is plenty of unique shopping in Wasilla at the Clock Tower, Wagon Wheel Market Place and Black Birch Books. Other things to note Our dog Belle is most often on the property. She loves people and is very friendly. NO Smoking on the property or in the cabin NO Pets NO Parties Please help us stay friendly with our neighbors. All shoreline of Knik Lake is privately owned. You are welcome to our entire lakefront but cannot walk along our neighbor's shorelines.
