Small family farm with partial self-sufficiency, crops and animals. Unique accommodation in an old barn, close to the water. The space The house is about 90 m2 and is in an old barn. The living area consists of a small glass veranda, a kitchen with a gas stove, fridge, freezer and sink. A small toilet, with a separate toilet. A large room that is a combined bedroom with a large double bed and living/dining room, with a wood stove and bookshelf. Then there are two children's rooms. One with a bunk bed and toys, and a small sleeping area. Upstairs there is a TV and DVD player and a double bed. I myself have been building and renovating the house for a long time. Everything from cabinets to ceilings, floor insulation and painting, I have done myself :) Guest access The island is about 25 hectares, consisting of deciduous and coniferous forests, meadows, cliffs and a couple of small beaches. There is another family living on the island, and there are a couple of small cottages that sometimes have guests. Of course, you can go wherever you want as long as you do not disturb the other inhabitants of the island (all tame animals are very nice!
