The hallway in the entrance area is a common area and is shared with the guests of the other apartment. It also has access to our laundry room, basement and heating. Other things to note A charging station for electric cars is available at the guest parking lot of the house for guests (11 kW with type 2 connection). The charging station can be used at a cost of €4 per 10 kWh.
