Situated steps away from the Bruce trail - choosing between 3 different trail sections. Walking distance to Beaver Valley Ski Club and Old Baldy. Within a 5 minute drive - Kimberley for amazing food options - Hearts and Justin's Oven & beautiful Eugenia Falls with local restaurants Flying Chestnut &The Burger Guru The space Private entry into basement unit. Open concept living space with an entryway, 1 queen bed, sofa with TV, kitchenette, and full bathroom. NOTE We live upstairs with a dog - we typically aim to be away during your stay but there may be some overlap. Guest access Guest Unit, entrance on south end of house. Full access to outside including outdoor firepit, barbeque, & outdoor seating Other things to note unit is a private space with separate entrance from the main unit where we live We live in a rural area and are on a septic system and well. Water is safe for drinking. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Kitchenette does not have a stove top or oven. There is no dining area inside the unit but there is outdoor seating.
