The San Michele apartment is located in the heart of Pian delle More, nestled in the green woods of Sassetta (the village is about 3km away), and is built according to bio-architecture principles, using natural materials and sustainable solutions. This ensures a healthier environment, cool in summer and warm in winter, with high living comfort, excellent air quality, and reduced environmental impact: ideal for those seeking well-being, relaxation, and an authentic connection with nature. The apartment is spread over two levels, offering comfortable and well-distributed spaces. On the ground floor, there is a bright double bedroom with direct access to the private garden at the back, a reserved and quiet space, furnished and equipped with a barbecue, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in total privacy. Also on the ground floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen, furnished with everything needed for self-catering, including an oven and a dishwasher. The kitchen opens directly onto the exclusive terrace, furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for outdoor breakfasts, informal lunches, or relaxed dinners surrounded by greenery. Going up to the top floor, the large and comfortable mezzanine overlooks the living room and hosts a second double bed. A welcoming and well-ventilated space, designed to guarantee total comfort for both couples and families. The property features two pools nestled in the woods: one for adults and one dedicated to younger guests. Each apartment is provided with two sunbeds and an umbrella in the solarium area. The relais was developed from an ancient property originating from an 18th-century mill and, through a careful renovation following the principles of bio-architecture, independent accommodations were created, surrounded by forests of oak, chestnut, and holm oak trees, offering an atmosphere of peace and a deep connection with nature.
