Contactless, 24/7 Check-In: For your convenience, we offer a completely contactless check-in experience. You’ll receive a unique front door code 2 days prior to arrival, allowing for secure, easy entry at any time—day or night. Guest Portal: Your guest portal puts everything you need in one place, including property details, local things to do, and helpful house instructions. You can also access the front door lock and control the AC thermostats directly inside the portal, making your stay smooth and stress-free. Management: Our property is expertly managed by Rather Be Properties, and we’re committed to making your stay enjoyable and seamless. Our team is available daily from 9 AM to 9 PM to assist with any questions or requests. You can easily reach us through the Airbnb app, by phone, or email. For any urgent issues after hours, we also offer a 24-hour emergency line, ensuring support at any time during your stay. Other things to note Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we know traveling with little ones can be challenging. To make your stay easier, we provide a Pack ’n Play with crib sheets, along with children’s cups, plates, bowls, and utensils. Pool Heater & Cleaner Pool heating is optional and available for $125 per day + tax, due prior to arrival if requested. Pool service occurs Monday and Thursday mornings; the technician may access the backyard via the side gate and will not disturb your stay. Hot Tub: The hot tub is included in your nightly rate and can be easily activated using the backyard controls. Please allow up to 2 hours to reach 100–102°F, depending on outdoor temperature. If you’d like it warmed up before arrival, just message us—we’re happy to turn it on for you. Desert Living: This is a desert home, and sand can occasionally be carried by the wind. Our pool service works diligently to keep the pool clean, though light sand may be present after windy days. Gated Neighborhood: A guard gate controls access to the community.
