For a longer stay, the property offers all essential amenities, a serene setting, and the comfort of feeling right at home. Explore nearby attractions including Muthanga Wildlife Sanctuary, Edakkal Caves, Kuruva Dweep, Karappuzha Dam, Pookode Lake, and stunning waterfalls in the surrounding area. The space Our homestay is situated on the first floor of the house, while we live on the ground floor, giving guests complete privacy and comfort. It features a separate independent entrance for easy access. The accommodation includes three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a large balcony with a cozy coffee seating area, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The kitchen is located on the ground floor near the patio. A private swimming pool is available exclusively for homestay and villa (both the properties are in the same campus) guests on the property, and pool timings can be arranged at your convenience. For recreation, there is also a shuttle badminton court. Bonfire, barbecue, and food can be arranged at an additional charge. Guest access We have a separate entry to the first floor. Our aim is to make your stay comfortable, peaceful, and truly memorable. To help us create a wonderful experience for everyone, we’d appreciate your kind cooperation with the following guidelines. (We speak English, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil — please feel free to talk to us in whichever you’re most comfortable!) Guest Identification As required by the Government of India, all guests must present a valid original photo ID at check‑in (please note: PAN cards are not accepted). Breakfast We’d love to serve you a fresh, homemade breakfast between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM. If you’d like to join us, please let us know a little in advance — ideally the previous day — so we can plan accordingly. Breakfast is not included in the stay and is available at ₹250/- per person. Bonfire (7:30 PM – 10:00 PM) Nothing beats a cozy evening by the fire! We’d be happy to set up a bonfire on request. Firewood and arrangements are provided for a nominal charge of ₹1200. Barbecue Facility You’re welcome to enjoy a laid‑back barbecue evening with our complete grill set (tools and utensils included), available for ₹950. Please note that charcoal and cooking services are not included. Coffee & Tea You’ll find a setup to make black coffee or tea at your convenience. If you’d prefer coffee or tea with milk, our staff will be happy to prepare it for you — ₹20 per cup of coffee and ₹18 per cup of tea. Music & Quiet Hours Feel free to enjoy music and unwind till 10:00 PM. We observe quiet hours afterward in keeping with Kerala’s noise regulations — and to ensure everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys the calm of the countryside. Swimming Pool The pool is open to all in‑house guests, following Government of Kerala safety norms. To ensure privacy and comfort for everyone, we operate it on a time‑slot basis. We’ll check your preferred timing and schedule accordingly so each guest has their own peaceful time to enjoy. Use of Utensils If you’d like to use utensils for outside food, we only request a small cleaning charge, depending on the number of guests.
