Modern Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms equipped with essentials including body soap, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and a bidet. Outdoor Living: Step outside to your private, fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing outdoor time in the California sun. Chef’s Kitchen & Dining Prepare home-cooked meals in our fully equipped kitchen. We provide everything a large group needs: Appliances: Refrigerator, freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Cooking Essentials: Professional cookware, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, and a blender. Coffee & Morning Starts: A dedicated coffee maker and hot water kettle to kickstart your day. Whether you are here for a family reunion, a group trip, or a long-term professional stay, this solar-powered home is your ideal Los Angeles base. Guest access Guests will have full, private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, the fully equipped kitchen, the fenced backyard, and the bonus studio. Street parking is available where permitted. You will not be sharing any spaces with other guests or the host. The home is completely private for your stay. Other things to note Please note that the front gate is currently not working at the moment. However, there is convenient and readily available street parking right in front of the property for your ease and comfort. Parking: Guests can park 2 cars on the property. One car can park in the designated spot in front of the house, and the second car can park across the house. Please note that while there is a "No Parking" sign near the house, it applies to neighbors and unauthorized vehicles. Guests are welcome to park in the designated spots without concern.
