A little piece of heaven where time stands still. The space Welcome to our little piece of heaven on earth: an oceanfront house designed to rest, share and enjoy as a family. It has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a fresh and fully equipped kitchen. In front you will find a swimming pool overlooking the ocean with a small pool for babies and children, ideal for everyone to enjoy with peace of mind. The spacious terrace offers a living room, dining room, hammocks and a large grill to experience unforgettable moments next to the sound of the sea. The beach, just across the street, feels almost like your own because of the tranquility and privacy of the area, and the sunsets are truly incredible, a spectacle that fills you with peace every evening. On the second level, a room with a panoramic view of the beach and pool invites you to relax, read or simply contemplate the landscape. The house is private, quiet. A cozy place where every visit feels like coming home. Guest access Upon arrival at the property, we would appreciate it if you could let us know a few minutes beforehand so that the caretakers can open the gate for you. The house is rented in full, so you can enjoy all the areas with total privacy. 🌴 Early Check-in & Late Check-out We can gladly offer early check-in or late check-out for a fee of $20 USD per hour, always subject to availability based on the check-in or check-out of other guests. We will do our best to support you so that you can enjoy your stay calmly and without rushing 🤍🌊 🌴 Capacity & Style of Stay – El Cielo Beach House El Cielo is designed for you to enjoy a comfortable, quiet and hassle-free stay, ideal for sharing with family or friends. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. If a slightly larger group wants to come, after talking, we can accommodate up to 12 guests, always making sure everyone is comfortable. Each additional person costs $25 USD per night. ☀️ Day visits If you receive visitors during the day, we only ask that you notify us in advance. For 10 or more people, visitors who do not stay overnight are charged: $12 USD per adult $8 USD per child (under 10 years old) Thank you for helping us keep El Cielo a special place for everyone: relaxed, tidy and perfect for enjoying the sea 🌊 Other things to note Our house is located in Playas Negras, one of the most beautiful beaches —if not the best— in La Unión. Its dark volcanic sand and rock formations that create natural pools make it an ideal destination to enjoy spectacular views, long walks along its wide and flat coast, and activities such as sport fishing and paddle boarding. In addition, here you can witness some of the most impressive sunsets on the entire east coast. We are close to the new Pacific Airport under construction, as well as neighboring beaches such as Maculís, El Tamarindo, Las Tunas and the Gulf of Fonseca. We are also within walking distance of the “Espíritu de la Montaña” viewpoint on the Conchagua volcano. There are several places in the area to enjoy good food, including the renowned Donde Clemente Restaurant. The property is oceanfront, surrounded by tropical vegetation and several open spaces that allow you to connect with nature. Due to this natural environment, the presence of some insects is normal; therefore, we recommend bringing repellent to ensure a comfortable stay.
