All within a 10 minute walk are the Nick Smith Centre (hockey and swimming), Curling Club, Ultimate Fitness Gym and downtown with its amazing dining options and retail establishments. 5 minutes to the Algonquin Trail for walks, biking, ATVing or snowmobiling. You will have full access to a private basement suite. Queen bed, TV, Wifi, desk, kitchenette and full bath. Note: no laundry facilities. The space For your use is a kitchenette with Keurig coffee machine, toaster, microwave, bar fridge, utensils etc. There is a desk and chair provided for a work space. There is an ample couch for lazing in front of the fireplace and TV and the queen size bed is super comfy.
