Swimming pool: Available Monday–Thursday and closed on weekends and holidays. Access fee is PHP 224 per guest. For safety, only registered guests may use the pool, just register at the lobby. Basketball & Tennis Court: To make the most of your stay, we recommend reserving the basketball or tennis courts in advance. We can always help check availability. Court fee is PHP 224 per hour. Also, You’re free to use the basketball court if it’s available. Important Note: Only registered guests are permitted to use the amenities. Please note that the fees, schedule, and availability mentioned above may change without prior notice, as these are determined by the admin office. We do our best to coordinate with them to provide the most up-to-date information. Other things to note Please take note of the following. All violations will be penalized - No smoking (of any kind) - No pets (You're still welcome to inquire, we just need to know the type of pets and we'll review) - No parties/events - No commercial photography - Quiet hours from 5 PM to 10 AM (next day) Kindly note that any stains found on the bedding and sofa cover may incur an extra charge for deep cleaning. Additional fees may apply for violations of the house rules. Parking rates: First 3 hours: PHP 50 Beyond 3 hours: PHP 15 per hour Overnight parking: PHP 250 + hourly parking charges (11 PM to 6 AM) The amenities are available from Monday to Thursday and closed on weekends and holidays. They may also be unavailable at times due to unforeseen events beyond the host’s control. To ensure a smooth check-in, please send scanned or clear photos of all guests’ IDs as required by the condo admin. Failure to send the IDs promptly may cause delays in check-in. Pet policy We allow one small pet. If you plan to bring more than one pet, please reach out to us first so we can discuss before you book.
