Le Clos Vallière – Gîte Rabelais

Nestled in the heart of the countryside of the Loire Valley, Clos Vallière is an old farm that combines comfort, modernity and authenticity. Ideal for family reunions, stays with friends or private or professional events, it can accommodate up to 19 people. The gîte extends over a large private estate, embellished with a peaceful body of water, around which an important local fauna has developed. The gîte has been an LPO refuge since 2023. The space The vacation rental is composed of two independent buildings, connected and separable*, one of which has been recently renovated and is therefore more modern. In total, the gîte has: - 2 living and dining rooms, one equipped with a table seating about twenty people, - 2 fully equipped kitchens, - 6 bedrooms, including two dormitories, for a total of 19 beds (you will find the beds made and the towels available) - 5 bathrooms, - Garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs and other accessories to enjoy the wooded setting The pond is not secure. *According to the law, beyond 15 people, the two buildings must be separated by a locked fire door.
