The space Inside, you’ll find a bright and open floor plan filled with natural light. The living room provides a cozy spot to unwind with comfortable seating and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for home-cooked meals, from modern appliances to cookware and dining essentials, with a dining area that seats everyone comfortably. Both bedrooms are private, each with a king-size bed. Additionally, there is a Murphy bed in the area off the kitchen, offering a restful night’s sleep after days spent exploring the Gulf Coast. Two full bathrooms provide convenience and privacy for your group. The highlight of the home is the outdoor space. Step through the sliding doors to a screened lanai that frames a sparkling heated pool with plenty of room to lounge, swim, or dine al fresco. The canal views create a calm, scenic backdrop—perfect for your morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine. There’s plenty of parking available, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it easy to relax during your stay. Other things to note Other things to note The pool is heated to 85°F for up to 8 hours per day during the winter months. Higher temperatures or extended heating hours are available for an additional fee. Pets are welcome with prior approval. Limit 2 dogs under 40 lbs; $75 fee per dog applies. This is a non-smoking property; smoking is not permitted inside the home or lanai. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM out of respect for neighbors. The home offers self check-in with a smart lock. Instructions will be provided before arrival. We provide starter supplies of soap, paper products, and detergent; guests may need to replenish for longer stays.
