Family Bunk Room (main floor) – Three queen beds each topped with a twin, creating generous sleeping space for families, kids, and friends. Shares easy access to a nearby full bathroom. King Retreat (upstairs) – King bed with a cozy twin alcove for an additional sleeper. A peaceful upstairs haven with convenient access to the shared upstairs bath. Second King Bedroom (upstairs) – Another spacious king bedroom tucked upstairs, ideal for couples or older kids who want their own quiet space. Shares the full upstairs bathroom. Kids’ Nook (main floor) – Twin bed with trundle, close to the main living areas and a nearby full bath — great for younger guests or anyone who prefers fewer stairs. A roomy dining table pulls everyone together for home-cooked meals and celebrations. Basement Kitchen that’s ideal for early risers, night owls, or separate family units. The great room upstairs has soaring windows, two oversized sectionals, and a dramatic stone fireplace — the natural gathering space after a day outdoors. Multiple living areas, two kitchens, five bathrooms, and seven bedrooms make it easy for everyone to relax on their own schedule and still come together to connect. To meet local requirements, we’ll just ask for a brief rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,000 security hold (pending transaction only). Or, choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead ($57 for up to 10 nights, plus $6 per night beyond 10). All of this is handled through Happy Guest, our secure, app-free guest portal where you’ll find house details, check-in info, and our favorite local recommendations.
