A-Frame Cottage (70 sq.m total area): First floor (50 sq.m): a bright, open space where you will find air conditioning, a TV, a fold-out double sofa bed, a kitchen (with a table and chairs), and a bathroom. Second floor (20 sq.m): cozy bedroom area with a double bed and two nightstands. 2. Glamping dome tent (30 sq.m): A completely independent, modern space with a comfortable double bed, two nightstands, a TV, a desk, air conditioning, a kitchenette, and a breakfast table with a chair. Guest access You have a completely isolated, private yard and both living spaces (A-frame cottage and dome tent) at your disposal. You will be completely alone on the entire property – no shared space with other guests or the host! You'll have exclusive access to: 🏊‍♂️ The outdoor pool and comfortable jacuzzi. 🥩 In a special barbecue area. 🏓 On the tennis table. 🚗 Free private parking in the yard Other things to note 📍 Location and transportation: The cottage is located just 5 minutes away from Kutaisi, in the direction of Tskaltubo. The road is paved and easily accessible for any type of vehicle. 🍷 Cellar and Georgian wine: I have my own personal cellar on the property. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to taste authentic, natural Georgian wine and experience local traditions. 🚜 Off-Road Tours: Planning and pricing of individual tours with a Ford F-150 are discussed separately, according to your wishes and route.
