Hello Klatovy – Apartment with garden

Enjoy Klatovy in our cozy vintage apartment in a 1939 villa for 6–8 people. The apartment comes with a beautiful and peaceful garden, yet it’s only a 5-minute walk from the main square — right in the heart of the town. The garden offers covered seating with a grill, and inside you’ll find a charming wood-burning stove. Šumava forest is just around the corner. Parking is available right on our property next to the villa or anywhere on free street parking nearby. We look forward to meeting you! The space In your apartment, you have access to 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, and a spacious fully equipped kitchen. There are 6 beds in total, and if 8 guests are staying, 2 of them will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, which we will prepare in advance as beds. The apartment has 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, and a spacious hallway. Large windows overlooking the green garden will make you feel as if you’re not in the middle of the town, but in a village. Guest access You’ll have the entire apartment on the first floor at your disposal, along with a spacious, beautifully overgrown garden featuring a gazebo with seating and the option to grill or smoke food. The smokehouse is located in the first of the former stables. In the garden, there is also a larger cage with doghouses for two hunting dogs that used to live here — our little daughter now loves to play there pretending to be a puppy. You can park your car under the carport on our property behind the gate; you’ll receive the keys to access it. Other things to note House Rules – You’re welcome to read books, use the kitchenware, fireplace & outdoor grill. – Please return furniture and dishes clean and to their original. – Before leaving, remove bed linens and place them in a pile in the entrance hall.
