Our house "DIE HEGAU BLEIBE" can accommodate up to eight people and is the perfect place to relax and spend a restful time together. Not only functional, but also particularly homely furnishings - a place to arrive and feel good. The house has four welcoming bedrooms, each equipped with two box spring beds. These can be flexibly provided as single or double beds, depending on your needs. In each bedroom there is ample space, a large mirror, hair dryer, etc., so you are independent of the bathroom here. A comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet as well as an additional separate toilet, are available in the middle of the house (1st floor). The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for the needs of larger groups and invites you to share cooking evenings. A coffee bar with fully automatic coffee machine completes the offer, but tea lovers will also find a selection of teas here. Overall, the kitchen is stocked with a basic set of spices, as well as vinegar and oil for the first few days. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table – the ideal place for social meals. The dining area connects the kitchen with the slightly deeper, cozy living room, which guarantees relaxing hours with comfortable sofas and a large TV. From the living room you can directly access the terrace with small garden, perfect for a soothing stay outdoors. ARCHITECTURE: A special ambiance results from the split-level architecture and the open attic. The house, which looks rather inconspicuous from the outside, conveys an airy sense of space inside through its staggered levels, which are created by a half-settled construction and through the gallery rooms in the two upper bedrooms. The rooms are spread over the cleverly designed intermediate floors and make the 120 sqm house look even larger. PARKING: The house offers two free parking spaces right outside the front door. Further free parking is available in the immediate vicinity with the parking space of the indoor swimming pool on the opposite side of the street. LOCATION: The location is excellent. The accommodation is centrally located on the edge of the city centre. They are in the city center of Singen in a few minutes on foot but also alternatively just as quickly in the countryside. Our accommodation is also an ideal starting point for excursions to destinations such as the flower island of Mainau, the island of Reichenau (a World Heritage Site), the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen and the beautiful cities of Konstanz, Radolfzell, Stein am Rhein and Zurich. TRANSPORTATION - Zurich Airport 52 km - Singen main railway station 1.3 km - Bus stop right outside the front door - A81 motorway can be reached in 7 minutes Other things to note TOURIST TAX: The 3% overnight stay tax of the city of Singen is not included in the price. It is charged separately during the check-in process and paid to the city. NEIGHBOURHOOD/QUIET HOURS: Since people live close to each other in the town, we and our dear neighbours greatly value harmonious coexistence. To ensure that everyone feels completely comfortable, there is a mandatory quiet period from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
