Our house "DIE HEGAU BLEIBE" can accommodate up to eight people and is the perfect place to relax and spend a restful time together. Not only functional, but also furnished in a particularly cozy way – a place to arrive and feel good. The house has four inviting bedrooms, each furnished with two box spring beds. These can be flexibly arranged as single or double beds as needed. In each bedroom there is plenty of space, a large mirror, hairdryer, etc., so you are independent of the bathroom here. A comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet as well as an additional separate toilet are available in the middle of the house (2nd floor). The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for the needs of larger groups and invites you to spend evenings cooking together. A coffee bar with a fully automatic coffee machine completes the offer, but tea lovers will also find a selection of teas here. Overall, the kitchen is stocked with a basic supply of spices, as well as vinegar and oil for the first few days. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table – the ideal place for convivial meals. The dining area connects the kitchen with the cozy living room, which is located slightly lower and guarantees hours of relaxation with its comfortable sofas and a large TV. The living room leads directly onto the terrace with a small garden, perfect for a relaxing time outdoors. ARCHITECTURE: The split-level architecture and open plan attic floor create a special ambience. The house, which looks rather inconspicuous from the outside, conveys an airy sense of space inside due to its offset levels, which are created by a semi-sunken design, and the gallery spaces in the two upper bedrooms. The rooms are spread over the cleverly designed mezzanine floors and make the 120-square-meter house seem even larger. PARKING: The house offers two free parking spaces right outside the front door. There are additional free parking options in the immediate vicinity with the indoor swimming pool parking lot on the opposite side of the street. LOCATION: The location is excellent. The accommodation is centrally located on the edge of the city center. You are within minutes' walking distance of downtown Singen, but alternatively, you can also reach the countryside just as quickly. Our place is also an ideal base for excursion destinations such as the flower island of Mainau, the island of Reichenau (World Heritage Site), the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen and the beautiful cities of Konstanz, Radolfzell, Stein am Rhein and Zurich. GETTING AROUND - Zurich Airport 52 km - Singen main train station 1.3 km - Bus stop right outside the front door - Highway A81 can be reached in 7 minutes Other things to note TOURIST TAX: The 3% overnight stay tax of the city of Singen is not included in the price. It will be charged separately during the check-in process and paid to the city. NEIGHBORHOOD/QUIET HOURS: Since people live close to each other in the city, we and our dear neighbors greatly appreciate harmonious coexistence. To ensure that everyone feels completely comfortable, quiet hours are mandatory from 10 p.m. until 7 a.m.
