The house offers a fully equipped living unit for 2 people on the ground floor and 4 rooms on the first floor for up to 8 additional guests, with the charm of the 60s to 80s. The large garden offers plenty of space for relaxed barbecues and room for children to play. Göstling an der Ybbs is located in the beautiful Mostviertel region and near the Hochkar ski area. The idyllic Lake Lunz is also nearby. The area offers families numerous excursion options and sporting activities. The space The house has a ground floor (not wheelchair accessible, as it is only accessible via stairs) and a first floor. The first floor retains its original 1960s/70s character. On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove, electric cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso), dishes/cutlery, kettle, and microwave. The bathroom has a spacious, barrier-free shower and a washing machine. The toilet is separate. The living room is also spacious, with an additional dining table and a sofa where you can comfortably sit in front of the TV. From the living room, there is also access to the garden/terrace. On the first floor, there are three further double bedrooms and one children's room with a bunk bed. Each room has a sink. A shower room with a separate toilet is located on this floor. The spacious garden offers a terrace with a dining area for up to eight people and a charcoal barbecue grill. Please note: The garden is not fully fenced. This should be taken into account if you have small children or pets. Guest access Guests and the owner (secondary residence) share a common entrance and use the same stairwell. Parking is available for up to four cars. A key safe is provided. Other things to note The house is not wheelchair accessible (access to the house and garden is only via stairs).
