Surrounded by forest, it’s ideal for families, friends, and pet lovers seeking a peaceful escape with modern conveniences. 🛏️ First Floor – Sleeping & Practical Comfort 3 cozy bedrooms: - Two with double beds - One with a double bed and sofa - One bedroom features a wood-burning fireplace - 1 bathroom with a shower and bidet - Washing machine with dryer for longer stays 🛋️ Second Floor – Living & Gathering Open-plan space connecting: - Living room with smart TV, cozy fireplace and a balcony with forest view. - Large dining area for shared meals - Spacious fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, nespresso machine, all cookware and utensils and basic cooking essentials) - Separate toilet 🌙 Third Floor – Quiet Space & Play - 1 bedroom with a double bed and sofa - 1 bathroom with a shower - Open playroom – a flexible space for kids or reading 🌿 Outdoor Space Step outside onto the large terrace – perfect for morning coffee, meals, or evening drinks. The hillside garden is newly landscaped, offering open views and a direct connection to the surrounding forest. A fire pit is ready for cozy nights under the stars. The area is private, without fencing, but also without traffic – just nature all around. You may see deer at dawn. 🐾 Pet-Friendly Nature Escape We love dogs and welcome them here. With the forest at your doorstep and no major roads nearby, it’s a dream for both people and pets. Bring your boots, your book, and your furry friend – this is a place to truly unplug. 🌿 For Active Relaxation & Nature Lovers Whether you're looking for adventure or simply want to unwind in nature, there's plenty to discover just moments from the house. 🌊 The Ohře River Ohře River is a favourite destination for kayaking, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. 🧗 Perštejnské Skály Just a short drive away, these impressive rock formations are popular with climbers of all skill levels and offer beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. 🚴 Hiking & Cycling The Ore Mountains are crisscrossed with scenic walking and cycling trails, making it easy to explore forests, hills, and charming villages at your own pace. 🏊 Outdoor Swimming On warm summer days, enjoy a refreshing swim at the nearby public pool in Perštejn—or simply relax by your own private pool back at the house. 🍺 Perštejn Brewery (5 minutes) Stop by the local craft brewery to sample regional beers and enjoy traditional Czech cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere. 🏰 Klášterec nad Ohří (5 minutes) Visit the beautiful château surrounded by an English-style park, take a stroll through Lázně Evženie, or enjoy excellent coffee and homemade treats at one of the local cafés. ♨️ Karlovy Vary (35 minutes) Spend a day exploring one of Europe's most famous spa towns, known for its elegant colonnades, thermal springs, charming streets, and traditional spa wafers. 🏰 Hasištejn Castle Ruins (15 minutes) Hidden among the forests, these romantic medieval ruins reward visitors with fascinating history and panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. 🏛️ Kadaň (15 minutes) Picturesque historic towns, featuring colourful squares, medieval architecture, riverside walks, and the country's narrowest street. ⛰️ Klínovec – The Highest Peak of the Ore Mountains (25 minutes) A year-round destination offering panoramic views, hiking, cycling, mountain biking, and in winter, one of the country's most popular ski resorts. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire house. Other things to note ⚠️ Safety & Practical Notes The house is not baby-proofed. There are open staircases with no stair gates. We have 3 young children ourselves and feel safe, but we want to flag this for more active little explorers. The garden is fenced only from one side but the area is very calm. 🧹 House Use & Respect Please respect the house and the surrounding nature: no loud parties, noise, or disturbances. The indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit and grill are available for guest use - please use safely. ☃️ Seasonal Access & Weather The swimming pool is not heated and is available only in the warm months, usually June - September depending on the weather. In winter, please be prepared - the driveway requires 4x4 vehicle or winter chains in case of heavy snow. 🐾 Pet Rules Pets are warmly welcome! We ask that you keep them off the furniture and clean up after them in the garden.
