The main highlights of the villa: One of the top highlights of the villa is the ENCLOSED BACKYARD with a HEATED POOL, shaded and cushioned lounge chairs, and a wonderful view of the lush green golf course. A big colorful and cheerful LIVING ROOM with comfortable sofa seating. An indoor KOI POND that adds a relaxing Zen vibe to the home. A SECOND LIVING ROOM with a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and reading material that you may borrow. A spacious, fully-equipped KITCHEN that has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus lots of counter space for easy meal prep and a dishwasher for a quick clean-up. There’s an island with barstool seats and a wall-mounted TV! Other things to note As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 70 kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $12 MXN per KW extra. Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please make sure you read all the properties rules.
