Tastefully furnished and very well maintained and on one level, with conservatory, terrace, large living room with parquet, 2 bedrooms, kitchen-living room, ground-level shower room, external shutters, fireplace, parking space as well as surrounded by nature & various leisure activities! The space FINAL CLEANING - BED LINEN - TOWELS - EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED AND WITHOUT SURCHARGE OR HIDDEN COSTS AND NO ADDITIONAL FEES !!! The property is still suitable for families and travelers up to 6 people, is ground level and wheelchair accessible (barrier-free and barrier-free within the property), dogs/pets are of course allowed and smoking is not permitted. In front of the apartment there are corresponding parking facilities (parking space/outdoor parking space). TV / Internet TV as well as free Wi-Fi are also available! We are on site at check-in time from 3 PM (not possible before due to previous guests) and look forward to it (parking is available directly at the house)! After 10 PM or if for some reason we can't be there (something can always happen), the key would be in a key box. Towels and bed linens etc. are of course provided at no extra charge or fee - everything is included with us, including the final cleaning! Check-out is at 11 AM at the latest. We look forward to it!
