The main level features an open-concept living space with a bright and inviting kitchen, dining area, and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for cooking and entertaining. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table that comfortably seats a group. The living room offers cozy seating, a TV, and access to the upper deck with lake views. spacious living area with a large sectional sofa and mounted TV—perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a day on the water. This level also includes: A bedroom with a bed and direct access to the patio A bunk bed room, ideal for kids or additional guests A third bedroom with a standard bed and peaceful backyard views A full bathroom with a double vanity and tub/shower combo A second full bathroom near the living space A laundry area with washer, dryer, and folding counter Step outside to enjoy the outdoor living. Perfect for grilling or dining with a view, provides shade and a quiet place to unwind. A private dock offers easy access to the water for swimming, fishing, or launching kayaks. There's also a fire pit area for nighttime gatherings under the stars. Guest access All areas of the home and propery are open for guests use. Other things to note - 1 camera above side door entrance, 1 on garage and one on the lower side of home on the right side. - 2 trash cans will be on the pad in front of the garage -Smart Tv in both living room areas, will have youtube tv for guest use! -Mini bar downstairs complete with wine fridge and counter tops for entertaining you and your guests -Playstation gaming system and blue ray movies will be available for guest use. -Floats and life jackets will be stored in outdoor closet on the bottom level porch. -Fire pit area above dock with chairs. -Two boat lifts available for guest use. (one jet ski size, one boat size) -2 adult and 2 child size life jackets will be available for guest use. -Beach towels will be provided and will be located in laundry room on basement level. -Blue tooth sound bar in main level living room. -Regular coffee maker. -Iron and ironing board will be in laundry room on basement level. *- Extra blankets and pillows will be in bedroom closets, bunk room closet is in onset bathroom. - Can accommodate up to 4 cars. - House will sleep 10 guests. -Propane (for grill use): 1. There MAY BE a propane tank available at the house. 2. If you see a tank, you may use it for the grill. 3. If the tank is empty, guests are responsible for refilling it. 4. We DO NOT provide propane refills. Note: Boat Lifts: Only one boat lift (the pontoon lift on the left side) is working. The other lift is non-functional *will be fixed soon* *Only pontoon boats can use the working lift - V-hull boats won’t fit. Downstairs TV: TV - does not power on at the moment Owner attempted to fix it but will be replacing it as soon as possible If the kitchen door is not working: How to lock the Mudroom door next to the kitchen So here’s what you’ll need to do: 1. First, make sure the door is fully shut. 2. Then, pull up on the handle — that step is important, as it engages the locking mechanism. 3. Once you've pulled the handle up, you can then turn the lock to secure it. It works just like an Anderson-style door, so it may feel a bit different from a standard lock. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please message us before arrival with any severe allergies so we can confirm whether accommodations are possible. -To allow us the opportunity to assist promptly, we kindly ask that any issues or concerns at the property be reported during your stay whenever possible. Issues reported after check-out may not be entertained. -Please note that during the summer months, non-venomous black snakes may occasionally be present around the property due to the natural environment. While they are generally harmless, we would like to make you aware for your comfort and safety. -Lost Item Return Policy: If you leave an item behind and would like us to ship it back to you, a return fee will apply to cover the handling and shipping process. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have left an item at the property.
