Our holiday apartment 'Sina' is very cozy and attractively furnished. Fully equipped kitchen, bed linens already made – so your vacation starts right away. Well-suited for seniors (despite the balcony, it's on the ground floor!) The space The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa set, sideboard, and TV. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven-microwave combination, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (optionally filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, or pod coffee maker), and egg cooker, as well as a dining table. Pots, pans, and plenty of dishes and cutlery are provided. From the living room, you also have access to the balcony with a view of the garden and the adjacent forest. The separate bedroom has a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a single bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m) - bed linens are already made up -, a wardrobe with hangers, a leather stool, a small shelf, a full-length mirror, a safe, and a coat rack. For guests who prefer separate sleeping arrangements, there is the option of an additional single bed ( a real bed, not a sleeping-sofa) in the living room. Although this provides a total of four beds (plus a travel cot upon request), we only rent the apartment to a maximum of two adults (an additional child is possible for short stays). The bathroom has a large (opaque) window and is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, cosmetic mirror, and a small shelf. A basic set of towels (1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, 2 hand towels per person, changed weekly) is provided. The entrance area features a coat closet, a shoe cabinet, and a mirror. The entrance to the house has two steps (sturdy railings provided). The apartment itself has a step leading up to the bedroom and a step leading down to the balcony. The apartment is therefore not wheelchair accessible, but we often have seniors staying with us, because there are no other stairs to negotiate. The apartment includes a private parking space directly in front of the building. Guest access The apartment is located in the annex of our single-family home and has a separate entrance. We will personally hand over the key to you upon arrival. Other things to note There is one double bed and one single bed in the bedroom, as well as another single bed in the living room if you prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Despite the total of four beds (plus a baby cot), we only accommodate a maximum of two adults and one child. The kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer compartment—not a separate freezer! The kitchen also has an oven-microwave combination—not both appliances separately.
