The 2nd and 3rd floors are exclusively yours. The 2nd floor features a spacious living room with a large TV, dining table, sofa, and fully equipped kitchen. There is also an open atrium, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. On the 3rd floor, there are two bedrooms. A workspace is also available in the open atrium area. Guest access As this is a fully private rental, guests have exclusive access to the entire property. Other things to note There are four single beds and one semi-double bed. If used by six guests, the space may feel a bit compact. Thank you for your understanding in advance. Our property is strictly non-smoking. If smoking is detected, we may charge an additional cleaning and deodorizing fee starting from ¥7,000. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Extensions are generally not permitted. However, in exceptional circumstances, an extension may be granted with prior approval from the property.
