There are great swimming and fishing opportunities in Gongevann, which is about 1.5 km from the cabin. Here you will also find Lauvåtangen - a small, child-friendly sandy beach with a bathing jetty. Boat and canoe are by the water and can be freely used by guests. Oars and paddles are stored under the boat or in the lockable cabinet next to it. Oar racks and life jackets in various sizes are also available here. Fishing license, boat and canoe are included in the rent. Practical information Guests must bring their own bed linen and clean the cabin before departure. It is possible to buy cleaning for NOK 800. Bed linen can be purchased on site for NOK 100 per person. The cabin is located about 50 meters from the county road, in a peaceful area without close neighbors. It is used little outside the hunting season, and the hunting terrain starts right behind the cabin – here the moose is often the closest neighbor. Mobile coverage is very limited, but there are some zones with signal, depending on the subscription. We have tried to install WiFi, but the signal strength is too weak. This in turn allows for real "offline time" – perfect for board games and pleasant socializing.
