Please message us in advance if you’d like to use these facilities. Free parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles, and check-in is easy with a secure key safe. Other things to note • Hot Tub: The 10-person mosaic tiled hot tub is set to a comfortable 37°C and this temperature is locked for optimal safety, energy efficiency, and hygiene. Guests are welcome to use the control panel to turn on the spa jets and lighting, but please do not attempt to change the temperature setting. If the set temperature is altered, a call-out and reset fee will apply. Please always shower before use, and supervise children at all times. To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the property, we ask that the hot tub is not used after 10pm. • Events & Gatherings: We welcome thoughtful group stays, including wedding parties, family gatherings, and wellness retreats. Please note that loud parties and unauthorised events are not permitted. • Arena & Stables: The arena and stables are available by prior arrangement. Perfect for guests bringing horses or planning outdoor activities such as yoga or fitness. Please get in touch if you’d like to use these facilities. • Family-Friendly Features: Children will love the football goals, large trampoline, swings, and open space to roam. Please supervise all outdoor play areas, especially near the hot tub and fire pit. • Quiet Hours: To preserve the peaceful countryside setting, we kindly ask that noise outside is kept to a minimum after 10pm. • Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior request and there is an additional charge for this, Please let us know when booking, and ensure they are kept off furniture and cleaned up after. • Accessibility: As a converted barn, the property has a few steps and changes in level.
