Guests are required to carry their own luggage upstairs. If you have difficulty using stairs or mobility concerns, please take this into consideration before booking. ● Location Information Our property is conveniently located with easy access to Okinawa’s major sightseeing spots. However, it is also situated along a busy main road, so traffic noise may occasionally be heard inside the room during both daytime and nighttime hours. We kindly ask guests who are highly sensitive to noise, or who prioritize a very quiet environment over convenience, to book with this understanding. To help make your stay more comfortable, complimentary disposable earplugs are provided as part of our amenities. ● Baby Equipment Rental (Advance Reservation Required) If you would like to use a foldable baby crib, baby high chair, or waterproof bed sheet during your stay, please let us know no later than the day before check-in. Guest access There is a storage area behind the kitchen trash bins, which is currently used by our staff. Other things to note ・All inquiries are handled exclusively via Airbnb messages. We do not accept phone calls. ・This is a fully unmanned property. We do not provide room service or additional amenities during your stay. ・One bath towel and one face towel are provided per guest. For consecutive stays, please use the in-room washer/dryer for reuse. ・Our property is located in a nature-rich environment. Although we take great care in cleaning, insects or geckos may occasionally enter the room. In Okinawa, geckos are believed to be symbols of good luck and protect the home, so please let them go if you find any. If you are uncomfortable with insects or geckos, we kindly ask that you consider the natural surroundings before making a reservation. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds due to insects or similar natural occurrences. ・The property is located along a main road, and you may occasionally hear groups of motorcycles passing by. The rooftop BBQ is available from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The rooftop will be locked at 9:00 PM by our staff, so please ensure you do not leave any belongings behind. ・Please dispose of trash in the designated bins on the rooftop when using the BBQ area. ・We have received complaints from nearby residents regarding noise. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. ・Parking spaces are numbered “5” and “6”. All other spaces are reserved for residents, so please do not park there even temporarily. After booking, please complete the following: 1.
