I have a newly remodeled private suite in a quiet neighborhood house on the Redlands. The suite has a full bathroom with double vanity, separate shower unit and full bath. The bedroom is tastefully decorated and has a brand new comfortable Queen-size bed, a small seating area with a raised coffee table, Wifi and a streaming television. There is a walk-in closet behind a feature barn door with plenty of shelving and hanging space. The closet also contains a breakfast bar with coffee maker, small fridge and a microwave. Set up like a nicer motel suite, it is the perfect place for an active single or couple. It is close to Riggs Hill and the Wildwood Trail Head leading to the Colorado National Monument. Redlands Mesa Golf course and Tiarra Rado Golf Courses are five minutes drive away respectively. Monument Village Coffee Shop has nice pastries and offers delicious lunch options. Domino's Pizza is close for take-outs and deliveries. City Market and the Mesa Mall are seven minutes drive, and is where many restaurants and bars can be found. My facility is clean, cosy and private. Parking is on-street, however, the road is a no through access and is quiet and there is plenty of space right outside the house. No access to main house. I have a secure bicycle lockup available exclusively for guests. It is a secure 40x48x73 Lifetime Secure weatherproof storage box. The doors and lid open, and there are two padlocks and a chain to securely lock it and a bike rack inside, and it sits outside against the house down a corridor by the entrance to the Airbnb suite, not on the street. This is a safe little cul de sac.
