Superb dominant view, with large private swimming pool 12 x 6 plus beach and 4000 m² leisure garden. Quiet without being isolated, located 15 km from Aix en Provence, 20 km from Marseille and 20 minutes from the sea. Nearby: paddle, horseback riding, hiking, all commercial amenities. Guest access Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, check-in at 4 p.m. and check-out at 10 a.m. The house is rented in its entirety and will become your sole property throughout your stay, which will only be for relaxation and leisure. You will be lulled by the song of cicadas and will not miss any sunsets. The house is intended to accommodate 9 people. Parties are prohibited to preserve the environment and neighbors. Other things to note At your disposal and for your relaxation are a ping pong table, a bowling alley, a swing area and hammocks. For babies we offer a wooden crib with new mattress and bedding, and a high chair. A music corner with electric piano, several guitars and congas will be available.
