Quidditch Quarters (HP Theme)

You've been accepted into Hogwarts! But which house will you be selected for; the sorting hat will see to that! This themed property is a delight to all Potter fans looking to compliment their trip to Warner Brother's Studio (The making of Harry Potter), which is only 8-10 minutes' drive away. The space Welcome to the Quidditch Quarters, we have the Gryffindor Common Room, Diagon Alley Quidditch Supplies, the three broomsticks dining area, chamber of secrets bathroom and three house bedrooms which also features the Hogwarts Express Bunk Bed! A sure hit with our younger wizards returning to Hogwarts! Master Gryffindor bedroom features our four poster Emperor size bed (very big), Slytherin room features a beautiful four poster double bed and children’s room is a single Hogwarts Express train bunk bed! Dining in our three broomsticks area is a treat with lots of potions on display, all notably from the films. The beautiful garden is also not to miss, with seating areas for our older and younger students. We have public transport with Bus Stops and Garston Train Station only 2 minutes away. Garston Station is only two train stops away from Watford Junction where you can take a shuttle bus which will take you directly to Warner Brother's studio. You can also go directly to Euston Station from Watford Junction for our London travellers. We have a maximum policy of 4 adults and two children. We do not allow more than 4 adults at our properties I’m afraid due to the bunk bed being only for children. Please let us know how many of you will be attending so we can arrange flexible sleeping arrangements. We have really tried to deliver a top level Hogwarts experience and we really hope you enjoy your stay as much as we enjoyed designing the property! Guest access Guests will receive lockbox access on the day of check in so it is a self check in! Loft access is not allowed. This is locked. Other things to note We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum after 9 PM, as this is a time when many of our neighbors are resting. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated, ensuring a peaceful environment for everyone. - Storage boxes should not be used as seating areas in any of the rooms. - We also have smoke alarms for fire safety. - NO PETS - Pets are NOT allowed on the property under any conditions (Due to decorations and custom furniture) - No Smoking - On premises or outdoor garden as it has artificial grass that can be damaged - Parties not allowed under any circumstances
