Bellavista House, Federico Apartment

The apartment is situated in a stunning panoramic location overlooking much of Tuscany, in a strategic spot for visiting the region’s major cities—30 minutes from Florence and 40 minutes from Siena. It features a large living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. There is a spacious garden with tables, chairs, and a barbecue for cooking. Secure on-site parking. The house was built in 1929 and served for decades as the headquarters of a company that sold wine and olive oil; in recent years, it has been extensively renovated to create these apartments, all of which are very distinctive. We are just 1.5 km from the town of Mercatale in Val di Pesa, where you’ll find a supermarket, a pizzeria, a restaurant, two bars in the town square, a bakery, two grocery stores, a pharmacy, two banks, and a post office. In the village, there is a bus that runs several times a day to Florence. Surrounding the apartment is a large garden where you can enjoy a candlelit dinner in the evening or relax in the brand-new Jacuzzi hot tub (service available only upon request).
