The space Welcome to Peoria Pool House, There is a huge heated diving pool (extra charge in winter months) and a second play pool with a water fountain that is not heated. There is a small lazy river for the littles. This home is 5,000 sf with 5 bedrooms, 3 King bedrooms and 2 queen bedrooms all with temperpedic matresses and smart TVs. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms plus there is a guest powder bath. The three king rooms have their own exit doors making it perfect for guests to come and go without disturbing their housemates. The music system and lights are run with Savant system. Stream Sirius and Pandora music throughout the property. Smart TV in both living rooms and one in each bedroom. There is a 10 person limit but four extra guests could sleep on couches. This is the perfect place for families to hang out and relax. Events are allowed with extra charges as long as the city of Peoria noise ordinance that requires quiet hours from 10pm to 7am is followed. All events must be pre approved. And I require a refundable deposit for grounds cleaning specifically for parties. Yard games are croquet, badminton and cornhole and a large grass yard where football can be played. Various board games are available. Located in a quiet neighborhood of one acre parcels called Longhorn Ranch located 3 miles from Arrowhead mall, Peoria 83 dining choices and 2 miles from Peoria Sports Complex. 15 minutes to Desert Diamond Casino, Westgate shopping experience, State Farm Stadium. 30 mins to Scottsdale and Talking Stick Casino. 30 mins to Sky Harbor Airport. 25 mins to Wildlife Safari Zoo and Surprise Baseball Stadium. Guest access The entire property is yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note Pool vacuum must remain in pool at all times. This is crucial for circulation of the water, especially if the pool is heated. Quiet hours must be ovserved for my neighbor's comfort.
