Accessible by land (Estrada do Ariri), by sea (Barra do Ararapira) and by air, it is inside a nautical condominium with exclusive piers, garage for motorboats, jetskis and helipad. It has a large and airy integrated living room and kitchen. Two large bedrooms with little furniture and a spacious balcony connecting all rooms.
