This lakefront house has an exceptional view of the sparkling waters, creating a perfect setting for rest; the landscaped garden, invites moments of outdoor relaxation, lulled by the gentle birdsong. Guest access The house has three bedrooms, a large living room with dining area, a fully-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. In the largest bedroom with fireplace , there is a double bed and two single bunk beds with a shower room, and is equipped with heating. The other two bedrooms are also equipped with a heater and one double bed each. The second bathroom is self-contained to offer additional necessities. Guests have full access to the entire "Lake House" estate. Other things to note House rules Keys are handed over from 1pm on the check-in date and must be returned before 11am on the check-out date. The villa can accommodate up to 12 people. Pork consumption, alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited throughout the site. The villa is furnished, equipped and in good condition. The tenant undertakes to use it with care, to respect the premises, their facilities, other people and the environment. It is forbidden to damage the walls or installations of the house and cottage (including any drilling or modification). Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties up to and including immediate eviction without a refund.
