Casa del Sol 2 is located directly on Bantai Beach, just 50 meters from the sea. Nestled in a green and calm setting, it comfortably accommodates 4 people (but can sleep up to 6 people with 1 extra bed in each room. Spacious and refined, it offers total comfort to relax, an equipped kitchen, a very large living room and warm decor. Between beach, nature and serenity, it is the perfect place for unforgettable moments with friends The space 🌴 Description of the house This unique property is located on Bantaï Beach, which is west of the island. It is only 30 meters from the sea, located facing nature and in a quiet environment, without direct overlooking. The property consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.    •   🏠 2 bedrooms with king size beds (180 cm), directly overlooking the large open living room + 1 extra bed for 1 additional person.     Each room also has a 90 cm x 200 cm sofa bed, which can accommodate an additional person. The total capacity can therefore be up to 🌟6 people. 🛁 Bathrooms Each bedroom has its own adjoining hot water shower room. The bathrooms are open (without complete closure), which creates an original and natural atmosphere. 👉 Only the toilets are closed to preserve your privacy. 🏡 The living room and common areas The main house, Casa del Sol, houses a very large open living room: it is covered by a roof and protected by curtains, but the front facade remains completely open to the outside. You can enjoy a unique atmosphere, bathed in light and directly connected to nature, because in this wonderful country you have to live outside to enjoy the beauty of the place. The living room is furnished with a large sofa and very comfortable armchairs, an original, colorful and refined decoration, especially with golden coconuts. Next to it, a fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, as well as an outdoor bathtub for an extraordinary moment of relaxation. 🏖️ A place full of history This house is made from old wooden bungalows built 40 years ago, recently renovated and modernized to offer superior comfort, while retaining their authentic soul and unique history. This house contains many fragile decorative objects, as well as tables, sofas, carpets and wooden elements, which require special attention. A camera is located in the outdoor living room of the main house and can be oriented or disabled on request for privacy. Each terrace of the bungalows also has a camera, and additional cameras are installed outside, near the entrance to the property.
