Beautiful coastal apartment, stunning sea views

A beautifully finished first floor flat boasting spectacular sea and country views. Perfect for romantic get aways and walking trips, located just a few minutes walk from the South West coastal path and two sandy beaches. A super-king size bed, sea-facing balcony, fully equipped kitchen and log burning stove will ensure a comfortable stay whatever the weather. On sunny days, our local beaches are just 10-15 minutes walk away with the beautiful Helford River easily accessible on foot or by car. The space On the quiet, country roads between bustling Falmouth and the beautiful Helford River this apartment offers year round accommodation with self catering facilities for those who prefer an independent break. It comfortably accommodates two adults and a young child with a super kingsize bed and a single futon within the large bedroom and an additional double futon in the living area. A South East facing balcony off the bedroom allows you to enjoy your morning coffee whilst watching the sunrise over the sea. The spacious open plan kitchen and living/dining area also overlooks the sea and surrounding countryside. With all modern cooking facilities (microwave available by prior arrangement), a log burner and a large sea facing window seat there is plenty of space for cosy evenings in. Being at the opposite end of the apartment to the bedroom you will also be able to enjoy spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your sofa. The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet and basin. Guests will be provided with hand and bath towels along with the essentials needed for self catering. Underfloor heating throughout ensures a comfortable stay at all times of the year. We're more than happy to provide advice, so please don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations of activities or places to eat. We live next door and will be present most of the time or at the end of the phone if not at home. There will also be a folder of recommendations when you arrive as well as some maps and books to borrow. There are several restaurants and cafes within walking distance as well as Kayak and Paddleboard hire on Maenporth Beach (ten minutes walk). The local village store (1.5 miles away) stocks a good range of basics and local produce. Electric bikes can also be hired in Falmouth to explore the area by bike. Guest access You will have your own front door and full use of the entire apartment including a back balcony and lower courtyard overlooking the garden and sea.
