Otherwise, we cannot guarantee their availability. Long-term Stays: For stays of 28 days or longer, pets need to be approved prior to booking. There is a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175. Based on your profile history and reviews, we reserve the right to ask for an additional refundable security deposit. Customer Service Hours: Our customer service team is available from 9:00 am to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please be aware that after 6:00 PM, our guest services will be closed. For assistance outside of these hours, please feel free to send us a text message for a prompt response. We'll do our best to address any inquiries or concerns as quickly as possible. Please note that the unit pictured is one of two townhomes available. Depending on availability and guest bookings, we reserve the right to allocate guests to either townhome.
