Beach house in quiet community

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Wake up and do yoga, then jump in the sea before coffee. Have a rinse in the outdoor shower. Do some urgent emails or say hello to family using Starlink and then go for an adventure, swimming or kayaking along the beach to witness the abundant wildlife. Sandy Point is known as a bone fishing hot spot, with experienced guides and flats nearby. Also ideal for bird watching and hiking with a national park only 10 miles away. The space It is a large open house with two bedrooms and one bath; one room has a large double bed and the other two single beds. The bathroom has a walk in shower and there is also an outdoor shower with hot water. Guest access Guests can use the entire house except the upstairs which is the owners area, although they will not be onsite, and will be locked. Other things to note There is a small grocery store in Sandy Point (E & E Dry Goods and Notions). It is located on West Bay Street. Sandy Point has sandflies. These guys live in the sand and are most active at sunrise and sunset. Key ways to avoid getting bitten are to keep all screens closed and if you are out at sunrise or sunset, wear long clothing or keep moving. If you do get bitten, DO NOT SCRATCH, and the bites will go away. Everything is on solar except the oven - you will know if the mains power is off if the stove oven is off - then you can still use the gas hobs but will need a match to light them. The caretaker will be on property 8am - 3pm Mon - Fri, but is very discrete. He can though help you with anything you need, e.g. getting some coconut water!
