It features a comfortable lounge space, a family dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare meals together. In the other building, you’ll find the guest bedrooms — one with a queen bed and the others with twin beds. Each room features quality bedding, ample storage, and its own private shower, while a shared washroom with a double sink and toilet is conveniently located between the two. All the bedrooms have large sliding doors as well as mosquito nets and electric shutters which open directly onto the terrace, leading to the private pool and sun loungers, with beautiful views of the Ionian sea and the surrounding mountains. Outdoors the decking area with a big dining table to enjoy drinks and food with your family and or friends , quality teak sunbeds with cushions and umbrellas and the private pool , creating a wonderful sense of flow between indoor and outdoor spaces . Facing West and with a prime view of the serene Ionian Sea and Lefkadas mountains, enjoy magical sunsets every evening. Located at the end of the town’s charming promenade with all the action on your footstep , yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful spot. Guest access The guests have access to all the rooms and spaces in the Villa. Other things to note Aktion PVK international airport with direct flights from the Netherlands, Italy, Scandinavian countries, Germany, all UK airports and much more, is under 30 km away from Villa Mare making it very easy and accessible. In the promenade you can find all the tavernas and restaurants, as well as the harbour and the main square, so you have everything within walking distance. Bakeries, farmacies, butcher, fishmonger is all as well within walking distance. In the harbour you can find many companies offering day sails, excursions to the close islands, possibility of renting a motorboat, with or without skipper, car, motorbike and bicycle rentals etc Also you can access to many beaches without a car like the local beach. Having a car or rent it for a few days is recommended to explore all what the area has to offer. Please note many of the beaches in the area have little pebbles so is good to bring with you some water shoes. You can buy in the town too.
