Beautiful summer house in southern Saaremaa

A beautifull house in southern Saaremaa. The house has a large fenced plot for privacy. There's a working lighthouse on the plot. Cranes live nearby and all kind of animals have been seen on and around the plot. Nearby Sörve peninsula tip is famous for its bird migrations and a most visited place on Saaremaa. The space The house has all conveniences including sauna and fireplace. There's a large, sunny terrace and fireplace for cooking on the yard. Seashore is nearby. In Estonia the beach is open to everyone: you may walk and stay on the beach during the daytime regardless of the ownership. The beach is in natural condition and has occasionally weeds. Usually a clean patch for swimming is to be found. The beach has fine sand and is shallow. Please note that this is a house in a very small village. You will have all peace an quiet you can ask. On the other hand you will not just step out for a shop or a restaurant. Guest access You will find kesy in a secure box. You will have full access to the house. Other things to note Lots of wild animals live in the area: fox, deer, a cuckoo, cranes and other birds have been seen. There are wild boars, too, but you will only see the marks they make plowing the earth for food. The animals are nocturnal and very shy. The smallest notable animal is vineyard snail. They live in Sörve and there are lots of them on the plot. You will only see them after a rain, though.
