On the bank of an internal canal, between moored boats and reflections on the water, every arrival is poetry. On the ground floor, the shared entrance opens directly onto the foundation. Going up the carved wooden staircase, the first floor opens up, the beating heart of the house. The living room offers a refined mix of design and atmosphere: light leather sofa, velvet armchairs, inlaid coffee table, vintage turntable with vinyl, guitar, TV and PlayStation 4 with original games. Next to it, a vintage desk displays a 1950s Singer as an antique and work corner. The kitchen with canal view is equipped with everything you need to cook while dining table, retro refrigerator, coffee machine, selection of teas and spices. The bathroom, on the same floor, is elegant and bright: wooden furniture with marble top, large mirror with artistic glass lights, large shower, towels and complete courtesy set. On the second floor, the double bedroom is furnished with classic taste, smart TV, dresser with mirror and ambient lights. The second bedroom has two beds (single + pull-out), white furnishings, a salt lamp, a chest of drawers and a mirror. To complete the floor, a second intimate and quiet study station.
