Welcome! The space Our studio, newly completed in the summer of 2025, is furnished for a comfortable and carefree stay. The studio is fully equipped with everything you need: A smart TV on a rotating wall (with mirror on the other side), to turn to the sofa or the bed 🎬 Fresh sheets and towels are waiting for you 🛏 A fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals yourself 🍳 A washing machine in the studio, so you can easily do your own laundry 👕 Directly opposite a wide sandy beach 🌊 ✨ Please note: The studio is completely smoke-free (also no shisha or vapes). Pets are welcome 🐾 — we kindly ask all guests to respect these rules so that the studio remains fresh and comfortable for everyone. 👋 The owners are Dutch and live in Salalah themselves. We will be happy to help you with tips and advice to make your stay as pleasant as possible! Guest access Guests have full access to the studio and all facilities: There is an elevator available (for your information: the studio is not particularly suitable for wheelchair users). Free use of the washing machine, kitchen and all amenities in the house. We provide two sizes of towels and bedding. The kitchen is fully equipped with cups, plates, pans, pots and basic cooking utensils, so you can easily cook for yourself. Other things to note Taqah is a nice, quiet place where tourism is just emerging. The charm lies in the Arab hospitality and the relaxed atmosphere. We kindly ask our guests to dress and behave culturally appropriately in the village and on the beach, so that everyone feels comfortable. For a small additional fee, we can offer 3 camping chairs and a parasol (we will gladly send you a photo on request). Also, for a small additional fee, basic camping equipment is available — feel free to contact us if you are interested. (Imagine a night under the Omani starry sky!!) We are also happy to help you arrange a local rental car at a special rate for our guests. This is provided by trusted friends, usually cheaper than online rental and including airport pickup. Of course, the contract runs directly through the car rental company — we are only the intermediary. (So don't worry: this is not a crazy or shady construction, just a handy extra service 😉).
