Welcome! The space Our studio, newly completed in summer 2025, is designed for a restful and easy stay. It is fully equipped with everything you need: A smart TV on a rotating wall (mirror on the other side), which can face either the sofa or the bed 🎬 Fresh sheets and towels provided for your comfort 🛏 A fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals 🍳 A washing machine in the studio, so you can easily do your laundry 👕 Just across the street from a wide sandy beach 🌊 ✨ Please note: The apartment is completely smoke-free (including shisha and vaping). Pets are welcome 🐾 — we kindly ask all guests to respect these rules so the studio stays fresh and comfortable for everyone. 👋 The owners are Dutch and live in Salalah. We are happy to provide tips and advice to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! Guest access Guests have full access to the studio apartment and its facilities: Elevator access (please note: while there is an elevator, the apartment is not particularly suitable for wheelchair users). Free use of the washing machine, kitchen, and all in-house amenities. We provide two sizes of towels and fresh sheets. The kitchen is fully equipped with cups, plates, pots, pans, and basic cooking equipment — so you can prepare your own meals easily. Other things to note Taqah is a quiet and charming town where tourism is only just beginning to grow. Its beauty lies in the Arab hospitality and relaxed atmosphere. We kindly ask our guests to dress and behave in a culturally respectful way in town and on the beach, so everyone feels comfortable. For a small extra fee we can provide 3 camping chairs and an umbrella (we’re happy to send you a picture on request). We can also provide basic camping equipment for a small extra fee — just imagine yourself under the Omani sky filled with stars ✨. We are happy to help arrange a local car rental at a special discount for our guests. This is offered by trusted friends, often cheaper than online rental prices, and includes airport pickup. The contract is, of course, directly with the car rental company — we’re only the friendly middleman. (So no worries: this isn’t some strange or shady arrangement, just a little extra service 😉).
