Please note : to keep our rental rates reasonable we ask guests to bring their own bed linen and towels. Duvet and pillows are provided. However, we can arrange the hire of linen and towels from a local company for guests who would like this service . There is an extra charge for this . The Jolly Boat is a delightful apartment for two people. It is one of seven apartments in Seapoint, a Victorian building perched high above the sea on the edge of Port Isaac. It is modern, sunny, light and airy and makes a lovely retreat for two people all year round. It is well placed, being within easy walking distance of Port Isaac village and harbour, beautiful Port Gaverne cove and pub and the coffee shops, gift shop and restaurants at the top of the village. There is free private parking directly outside - a real bonus in Port Isaac where parking can be almost impossible, especially in high season. The Jolly Boat overlooks the communal garden at the back from the bedroom and has a view across towards the hills from the living room. There are no sea views from the flat itself, but as soon as you step out of the building you are facing the sea, with dramatic views across to Port Gaverne. You can take the chairs and small tables from the communal area at the front of Seapoint and place them on the area directly overlooking the sea to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine. There is a large communal garden at the back where you will find a clothes line for drying clothes, towels, wetsuits etc.
