For river and nature lovers, it’s important to highlight that Villa Bartolo is not only just 5 minutes from the Camú River, but also 7 minutes away from one of Jarabacoa’s most iconic spots: El Salto de Jimenoa Dos. You can find it on Google Maps. It’s an incredible place, not only for its canyon views but also for its hiking trails. You can also explore the surroundings on foot, either by following Ébano Street to the end, or by walking along the road that passes right in front of the house. That same road offers a truly rewarding experience. About the Camú River: This part of the river is ideal for outdoor activities such as a refreshing swim or a game of dominoes while cooking a traditional sancocho. One of the reasons this river is so beautiful, crystal-clear, and clean in this area is because this is where the Ébano Verde Scientific Reserve begins, extending all the way to Constanza. This means no human activities are polluting the river beyond this point. ADDITIONAL SERVICES The use of the jacuzzi heater has an additional cost of USD 35 per night. This amount will only be charged if you wish to use the heater; if you don’t use it, it will not be debited. Here’s how it works: the jacuzzi heater runs for 2 continuous hours, and once turned off, the water remains hot for approximately 4 more hours, allowing you to enjoy up to 6 hours of relaxation.
