Quiet and Peacefull

Francis & Marta's home is near the Outlets of St Augustine. Flagler Hospital. 12 minutes from downtown (Castle of San Marcos) and twelve minutes from the beach. You'll love our place because of the peaceful surroundings. Our place is good for couples, students, and business travelers. We have a private studio with kitchenette ( small refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave), private bathroom and a full bed. The space Absolutely relaxing Guest access The studio has its own private entrance. Parking space parallel to the main driveway (see picture of the guest driveway) Other things to note Park at the second entrance in front of the reflectors pole The TV has access to Netflix and prime TV with Roko. The water heater is small and take a few minutes to get hot between showers, please be considerate with the other person and take short showers. Keep the small appliances unplug when they are not in use. Use one appliance at the time including water heater to avoid shortages, if that happens call me immediately to restore the power back from the main house.
