Easily accessible by car or bike, the villa provides parking right outside the home. The stay features two cozy luxury rooms, each with a private balcony overlooking breathtaking valley views, along with attached modern washrooms for comfort. Guests can enjoy a living area with smart TV, Wi-Fi, and books, plus a fully equipped kitchenette for home-style meals. A highlight is the spacious open terrace, perfect for morning coffee, meditation, or simply soaking in the tranquil mountain scenery. Wake up to birdsong, fresh air, and stunning views—making this villa a true escape into nature’s lap. Other things to note We also offer an additional cozy room with a king-size bed and attached washroom, for extra (5th & 6th ) guest ideal for larger families or groups. While it doesn’t have a balcony or valley view, it ensures a comfortable and restful stay. Uptown 4 guests we provide 2 rooms with kitchen and living space. ✨ House Rules & Notes 🎵 Please avoid loud music after 10 PM in open areas. Soft music indoors with closed gates is fine. 🐶 Pet are not allowed. 🍱 Cook option is available but additional cost. 🌿 Being in a forested village, you may occasionally encounter insects or birds—a natural part of the charm. 🛒 Nearest shop is 2km from property. 🍲 If you wish to cook, kindly bring your own groceries; cookware & utensils are available. 🍛 On request, we can try to arrange local Kumaoni meals (veg & non-veg) with 4–5 hours’ notice, at an additional charge. 🔥 Bonfire and Heaters available at extra cost with prior notice. 🧹 Cleaning is done once daily; linens/towels are refreshed every 2 days or after each departure. 🧼If guests choose to cook for themselves, all utensils and cookware must be cleaned before checkout. 🚬 NO Smoking inside the property.
