The 70 m² apartments are located on the 1st and 3rd floor (elevator available) of an elegant Wilhelminian style house in a convenient and quiet location and with their location (near Volksoper) and infrastructure (shops, bars, transport) offer an ideal location for Short and long-term tenants. The two apartments have been completely refurbished and furnished, free WiFi is available. The bright and spacious living room offers a dining area for 6 people, a comfortable sofa for at least 2 and an entertainment center (LCD TV with cable TV, hard disk recorder, DVD player, radio / CD, and a combination device printer / fax / Scanner and landline phone at the laptop workstation. The kitchen is equipped with a stove (4 ceramic plates or Induction hob), oven with integrated microwave, dishwasher (incl. Dishwasher detergent), kettle, coffee machine, a full kitchen equipment as well as dishes & glasses. Coffee, tea, sugar, coffee cream, salt, pepper are available. For hygienic reasons, there are no other groceries in the apartment. In the storage room behind the kitchen there is a washing machine with dryer function, as well as a clothes horse, iron / ironing board and vacuum cleaner & cleaning material. The bright bathroom (daylight through the window) has underfloor heating and offers a spacious glass shower cabin or Whirlpool. A hair dryer and sufficient hand and bath towels are available. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and immediately opposite the entrance. The bedroom has 1 double bed, 1 wardrobe with safe, 2 bedside tables and TV.
